If you’re an apple pie lover you have reached the right destination. We bring to you the easiest TWO - INGREDIENT apple pie cup recipe ever. The best bite-sized pastries that require just two ingredients and 15 minutes to get made.

The apple filling for the cups comes packed in cans, perfectly sweetened and seasoned with cinnamon. You can purchase these cans from any grocery/departmental store near your house.

For the crust we shall use canned cinnamon rolls which fit perfectly into the baking muffin mould. The dough holds the filling in just the right manner, blending with the filling. You may want to grease the muffin tins to ensure that no crumbs of the cinnamon infused crust get left behind.

If you wish to go for a delicious simple topping, ice cream will be the best option. If you’re feeling ambitious, feel free to add any other store-bought options ( A caramel topping or cream cheese fruit dip).


Two Ingredient Apple Pie Cups

Prep Time: 15 mins - Cook Time: 18 mins - Total Time: 33 mins

INGREDIENTS

• 1 Can Prepared Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls with icing

• 1 Can Apple Pie Filling

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray the muffin tin with some non-stick cooking spray otherwise butter can do the greasing too.

2. Open cinnamon roll container and put aside the icing, if any. Start separating dough into individual rolls and flatten out into circular disks. Then press into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin tins or cups in a prepared pan.


3. Add 2 tablespoons of filling into each cup


4. Bake in preheated oven for about 14-18 minutes or until crust starts to look golden brown and the filling bubbly.



5. Set muffin tin on the baking rack and cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove to serving plate.

6. Microwave icing in a safe bowl, uncovered, just until heated enough to pour in a thin stream, about 8-10 seconds. Use a spoon and drizzle over each apple pie cup. Serve warm.
